Most in our time as a common employee, heard about other companies has better conditions or simply filled with the badness of our current company. Well, sadly it will only lead to worst work performance. Believe it or not, when your mind is complaining about your working condition / situation, subconciously, your behavior at work also reflects it. Here's a wise word from me, "finding a good spot to fish, wont make you a better at fishing." If you see your friend doing great at his company and treated well by his environment and kept rising up, you feel like by joining there, would help you become better with your career there. Here's the good news : IT WON'T !!! The only good thing or improvement in your career is not elsewhere but here right where you are right now. Unless you are pretty sure that by staying there, will only make you suffer. You don't need perfect place to have a perfect working environment and have great performance. Shape yourselves for a better performance then when you are developed enough, find a good spot to fish by then you are a better fishermen ^.^ Being a star employee is not about what you needed to become one, but what would you do to reach it. As the title, just wanna share my favorite burger in town hehehe. I can't stop telling how in love I am with this burger :D My favorite burger in town is the BurgerKing's BK Double Mushroom Swiss.

 Here's a tip that my mother use to told me when I'm a kid. She said that she used to have a severe gastritis, and that time, my father (before they got married) give her chocolate. And told her to ate the chocolate a chunk before taking a meal, and another chunk after taking a meal, or when she feel hurt in her stomach, take another chunk. Months after that, before she even realize, her gastritis problems are healed.
